Electrical Superintendent  **High-Priority Opening**

Qualifications

• Proven experience directing and managing electrical field personnel (at least 5 years)
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, construction methods, and industry standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise field electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors
• Plan daily and weekly work activities to maintain project schedules
• Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, inspectors, and other trades
• Monitor jobsite safety, productivity, manpower requirements, and material utilization
• Ensure all work is installed in accordance with plans, specifications, codes, and company standards
• Assist with workforce planning, employee development, and performance management

Journeyman Electrician

• Journeyman experience
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Journeyman Pipefitter/Plumber

• Journeyman experience
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
